Promptha uses a delayed deletion flow instead of an immediate hard delete.

After submission, your account enters a 30-day grace period.
You can return to this page and cancel the deletion request before the grace period ends.
If the request is not cancelled, the account is queued for final deletion after the grace period.

Before you delete

Make sure you have what you need before submitting the request.

Export any data or outputs you want to keep.
Review active subscriptions or purchases tied to your account and billing platform.
Remove or transfer anything you still need from public sites, community posts, or saved assets.

Billing note

If you subscribed through Apple or another billing platform, subscription management may still need to be handled through that platform’s account settings.

If you no longer have access to your account or the self-service flow does not work, support is the fallback path.
