A direct deletion page for users and App Review.
If you want to remove your Promptha account, use this page while signed in. The request starts a 30-day grace period and can be cancelled before deletion is finalized.

Direct self-service path
This public route exists so users can start deletion without being forced through deep in-product navigation.
Grace period protection
Deletion requests are not immediate. There is a grace period so accidental requests can be reversed.
Support fallback
If you cannot access your account, support can still help you complete the account lifecycle request.
Start deletion
Use the panel below to schedule account deletion while signed in, or to cancel an existing deletion request during the grace period.
What happens next
Promptha uses a delayed deletion flow instead of an immediate hard delete.
- After submission, your account enters a 30-day grace period.
- You can return to this page and cancel the deletion request before the grace period ends.
- If the request is not cancelled, the account is queued for final deletion after the grace period.
Before you delete
Make sure you have what you need before submitting the request.
- Export any data or outputs you want to keep.
- Review active subscriptions or purchases tied to your account and billing platform.
- Remove or transfer anything you still need from public sites, community posts, or saved assets.
Billing note
Need help
If you no longer have access to your account or the self-service flow does not work, support is the fallback path.
- Email [email protected] if you cannot sign in but still need your account removed.
- Include the email address connected to the account if possible so the team can locate it faster.
- For broader privacy questions, use [email protected].
