You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, Creative References, editable designs, and generated outputs. You grant Promptha only the rights needed to process, store, edit, export, and deliver the service you request.
Output rights
AI providers may impose their own terms, and output may not be unique. Promptha does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Review work before commercial use.
Template Content
Default templates and example content provided by Promptha are available for creating and exporting your own work within the platform under our terms. You may not redistribute a Promptha template as a competing standalone template library.
Creative References and third-party assets
A Creative Reference records known creator, source, license, generation, visibility, and moderation provenance. You remain responsible for confirming that user-provided or externally sourced assets are authorized for your intended use.
Attribution Requirements
Promptha preserves available provenance, but it cannot guarantee that every source requires no attribution. Follow the license shown with an asset or Creative Reference and retain required notices.
Third-Party Licenses
Some features integrate with third-party services that have their own licensing terms:
