Service overview
Promptha is a workspace for creating, editing, saving, and exporting supported AI-assisted visual work.
- The service may include free usage, paid plans, credit purchases, AskGL Queries, Blocks, editable Templates, Creative References, and experimental features.
- Features, supported models, and limits may change as the product evolves.
- Some capabilities may be offered through third-party model, hosting, payment, or identity providers.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for your account, including keeping sign-in methods secure and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the product in compliance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless it results from our own failure to secure the service.
- If you use social or third-party sign-in methods, you are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
Acceptable use
Promptha is intended for legitimate creative, professional, educational, and operational use cases.
- Do not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, exploitative, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent content.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or model capabilities without authorization.
- Do not upload or publish material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Do not abuse automated systems, security controls, moderation tools, or rate limits.
Content and rights
You retain ownership of the content you submit and create, subject to the limited rights Promptha needs to host, process, and display it.
- You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload inputs and request outputs from the service.
- Promptha may store, process, transform, and display your content to operate the product and support requested workflows.
- Private Workspace content is not made public unless you deliberately use a sharing or publication feature that says it will publish the content.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them publicly, commercially, or in high-stakes settings.
- Creative References may include Promptha-provided, user-provided, or AI-generated visual direction. The reference detail and provenance fields identify known source and license information.
- If you believe content infringes your rights, send a sufficiently detailed notice to [email protected]. We may remove or restrict disputed material while we review it.

Billing and subscriptions
Paid access may be offered through subscriptions or credit purchases disclosed before checkout. A generation quote states the expected credit charge before execution.
- Prices, plan limits, and included usage are shown in the relevant purchase flow and may change over time.
- If a subscription renews automatically, it continues until cancelled through the applicable billing surface.
- Where platform rules require restore-purchase functionality, restore should be available within the relevant app experience.
- Unused credit purchases and subscription charges are refundable only when required by law or expressly stated in the purchase flow. Consumed generation credits are normally non-refundable after a successful provider result.
- If Promptha charges credits and a generation or required persistence step fails, the service is designed to release or refund that operation automatically. Contact billing support if the balance does not reconcile.

Suspension and termination

- Promptha may investigate suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- We may remove content or restrict access to features if required for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or service integrity.
- You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the direct account deletion page.
