Account and workspace data
We collect the information needed to create an account, save your outputs, and keep your web Workspace working.
Security and service operations
We use logs, fraud checks, and infrastructure telemetry to keep the service reliable and protect accounts.
Direct account controls
You can manage privacy settings, export your data, and submit an account deletion request through Promptha.
What we collect
The categories below reflect the information Promptha needs to create an account, run AI workflows, store your outputs, and operate the product.
- Account information such as your email address, display name, authentication method, and profile image when you choose to provide one.
- Workspace content such as prompts, uploads, Creative References, generated outputs, saved Templates, Blocks, and designs you create.
- Consent-based product analytics such as page paths and funnel actions. Public analytics excludes raw prompts, private asset URLs, invite tokens, full referrers, and raw IP addresses.
- Payment and billing metadata provided by payment processors when you subscribe or purchase credits. Promptha does not store full card numbers.

How we use data
We use data to provide the product you asked for, improve quality, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
- To authenticate you, personalize your Workspace, save projects, and keep your account active on the web.
- To process prompts, run model requests, generate outputs, and store the resulting assets so you can view or reuse them later.
- To provide support, investigate issues, respond to abuse reports, and communicate important product or billing notices.
- To monitor reliability, detect fraud or misuse, and improve product performance, moderation, and security.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as it is needed to operate your account, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service integrity.
- Active account data is generally retained while your account remains open and your workspace is in use.
- Raw product analytics events are retained for 90 days by default. Operational, billing, security, and generation provenance records follow separate audit and legal-retention requirements.
- If you submit an account deletion request, your account enters a grace period before permanent deletion is processed.
- We use access controls, encrypted transport, infrastructure safeguards, and internal operational controls designed to protect user data.
Your controls
Promptha is designed so that account owners can manage the core privacy and lifecycle decisions themselves.
- Review and update account details from your settings pages.
- Export your data from account settings where that tooling is available.
- Submit or cancel an account deletion request at /account/delete while signed in.
- Contact support if you cannot access your account but need help with deletion, billing, or privacy-related requests.
